Program Tracks  & Eligibility 

  1. Cohort: Intake 115 (1st cohort)
  2. Admission Quota: 27 students
    (The class will not be opened if the final enrollment number is below 25.)
  3. No written examination; assessment consists of document review and interview.
  4. Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent 同等學力相關條文and possess at least three years of full-time work experience. Proof of English proficiency is required.
  5. Primary teaching location: National Central University

  6. Class schedule: Weekday evenings and full-day weekends

  7. Graduation requirement: 45 credits (including 6 thesis credits)
    Approximately one-third of the curriculum will be delivered fully in English by faculty from Aalto University School of Business.

    This program is jointly offered with Aalto University Executive Education Ltd. (Aalto EE) of Finland. Upon fulfilling graduation requirements, students will receive the Master of Management degree awarded by National Central University (Aalto University degree not included), along with a Certificate of Completion issued by the Aalto University School of Business.

    The curriculum consists of 15 courses: 14 courses delivered in person at NCU and one international module requiring students to participate in a 1–2-week study program organized by Aalto EE overseas.

  1. Required: Online application form (downloadable after completing application, payment, and document upload)

  2. Required: Academic credential(s) (Chinese version only); applicants with foreign degrees must follow the regulations outlined in the prospectus

  3. Required: Proof of work experience meeting program requirements, such as employment certificates, resignation certificates, or labor insurance records

  4. Required: Proof of current employment (waived for those not currently employed)

Program-Specific Review Documents (Upload as a single PDF file, max 50MB)
  1. Required: Personal statement (format unrestricted)

  2. Required: Study proposal (format unrestricted), addressing:
    A. Motivation for applying
    B. How prior experience and accomplishments support your study in the program
    C. Study plan and other relevant considerations

  3. Required: English proficiency test results (IELTS Academic, TOEFL, TOEFL iBT, TOEFL PDT, TOEIC)

  4. Required: Two online recommendation letters (Do not print or merge recommendation letters with other documents.)

Formatting Requirements:
Documents should generally follow A4 portrait orientation, except for special certificates or documents. Each PDF file (two total) must not exceed 50MB. File naming and pagination are not restricted. For PDF conversion and merging instructions, please refer to the FAQPDF轉檔與合併方式. Applicants may re-upload corrected documents at any time during the application period.
 

Interview (Weight × 1.0)
  1. Evaluation Criteria: Academic and professional background, study proposal, and English proficiency

  2. Format: Group interviews; each panel will interview multiple applicants simultaneously. Activities may include rapid-response questions, open questions, round-robin responses, assigned questions, and commentary.

  3. Admission: No examination permit will be issued. Applicants must bring their interview notice and two forms of identification (ID card, passport, or driver's license).

Tuition

Tuition is estimated at €28,000–€34,702, approximately TWD 968,240–1,200,000. Fees may be adjusted subject to changes in program operation costs.
 

Graduation Requirements (Excerpt)

Final requirements are subject to the official announcement for the corresponding academic year.
  • Required credits: 45 credits (including 6 thesis credits)

  • Degree awarded:
    Upon completion of required coursework and passing the thesis oral defense, students will be granted the Master of Management degree under the “Executive Master of Management Administration Program” by National Central University, along with a Certificate of Completion issued by the Aalto University School of Business.
