恭喜任職於台達電子的EMBA 94級兩岸組林正彬，於2022年1月1日起升任印度台達電子總裁，帶領印度台達電子邁向新的里程碑。

In response to global business challenges, Delta Group strategy and organizational development needs, effective from Jan. 1st, 2022, Mr. Benjamin Lin is appointed as President of Delta India Region, he will responsible for heading operations and strategic management. In his new role, he will directly report to the COO.

Benjamin Lin, current CHRO of China region, in the past 13 years, he successfully executed Human Resource strategy, and cross-unit collaboration, he has the ability to respond to different challenges from business, research center and manufacturing. He also made great contribution in his earlier role as Interim DGC General Manager, proactively sought solutions, highly recognized by business partners.

With more than 25 years of experience in management within technology manufacturing, banking and semiconductor, he has great skills in change management, responsiveness and communication. We are confident that Mr. Benjamin Lin will provide strong leadership, driving revenue growth, developing strategic flexibility, and further expanding our business in India Region.
